Since it was a tour led by a Japanese wife and her Thai husband, I really appreciated that there was no extra charge for a Japanese-speaking guide—something that’s often required on other tours. Our guide, Ai-san, was very kind and approachable. The itinerary was packed with activities—shooting, temple visits, go-karting, zip-lining, the Old Town, Tiger Kingdom, and even an elephant experience—and I was completely satisfied. Although we had to make a major change to our plans after I got injured while go-karting, our guide kindly stopped by a pharmacy for me, and afterward, we were still able to go on the zip line, which was something I’d been looking forward to. Since they flexibly adjusted the schedule and itinerary to suit the situation at any given moment, it was a tour that truly offered a high degree of freedom. Since I didn’t know much about Phuket, I asked the guide to focus on recommended spots. They took me to Tiger Kingdom, elephant riding, Patong Beach, and a cape with a beautiful view. When I started feeling unwell partway through the tour, they were a huge help—they assisted with shopping transactions and even cut the tour short to take me back to the hotel early. The last time I visited Phuket, it rained constantly and I couldn’t do much sightseeing, so this time I wanted to really explore the island and booked a tour. I only had the day after my arrival free, but they were very helpful via chat and managed to arrange a full-day tour for me despite the last-minute booking. Since the weather was unpredictable that day, we decided on our itinerary in consultation with our guide. At Tiger Kingdom, we were able to see giant tigers and cheetahs up close, and afterward, we toured beaches and scenic spots such as Patong, Karon, and Kata. For lunch, we were taken to a local Thai restaurant, and in Old Town, we visited the Chin Buracha House and the Thai Hua Museum. Although a sudden downpour cut our free time short, we still enjoyed exploring the town and doing some shopping. Since our hotel was on the north side of the island, the travel time was a bit long, but both the driver and the guide were very courteous and attentive from the moment we woke up. They flexibly adjusted our itinerary to accommodate the weather, and thanks to that, we were able to experience so much of what Phuket has to offer. I’d definitely like to use their services again.
