The driver gave us a detailed explanation of each attraction. Although there are many mountain roads in Phuket, he drove safely and at a leisurely pace, so I didn’t get car sick and had a great time.

The guide was very kind and took lots of photos for us, so we were able to create many wonderful memories. The tigers at Tiger Kingdom were used to people and were so cute! Personally, I especially enjoyed the elephant swim, and I highly recommend trying it. The elephants’ tricks were amazing, and I had a great time. I’d love to do this again if I ever go back to Phuket.

Both the guide and the driver were absolutely fantastic! While many drivers in Thailand tend to drive recklessly, they drove very carefully, allowing us to travel with complete peace of mind. The guide not only took us on tours to see elephants and tigers but also recommended restaurants with delicious food and places where we could buy Thai pants at a good price. When I told them I was planning to travel from Phuket to Bangkok that day, they even arranged another pickup to match my flight schedule, which was a huge help. Thank you so much! Ai, thank you so much for guiding us on the elephant and tiger tours in Phuket! You showed us so many great photo spots, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our first trip to Phuket. You were so friendly and easy to talk to—you felt like an older sister to us—and your personality was truly wonderful. When I was looking for an “ILOVE Phuket” T-shirt, she even took me to the store that sold them and helped me buy one. She was thoughtful down to the smallest details, like making sure I had easy access to small change. On top of that, she arranged a last-minute reservation for Phi Phi Island the day before—even though it wasn’t originally on my itinerary—and thanks to that, I was able to go and it became one of my best memories! Thanks to her, my graduation trip turned out absolutely wonderful. If I ever have the chance again, I’d definitely want to ask Ai to be my guide. I went on the Tiger Kingdom and Elephant Swim tours. The package included hotel pick-up and drop-off, transportation to each facility, and check-in, and since a Japanese-speaking guide accompanied us, I was able to enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind. They also accommodated transportation needs when my departure and return hotels were different, as well as storing my large luggage during the activities, which was a huge help in making the most of my limited travel time!
