Four of us girls used this service for our college graduation trip. On the speedboat, the tour organizer explained a lot of important details—such as which optional activities to choose on the island, the island’s rules, and the meeting time to return to the boat—but since everything was in English, our private guide translated it for us, which was a huge help. She was also incredibly helpful in passing this information on to the other Japanese passengers on our speedboat. During the tour, she took photos for us and struck the perfect balance—she’d give us directions and then say, “Enjoy yourselves, the four of you—I’ll be waiting here,” making sure to give us plenty of time to ourselves. We were completely satisfied!

I was so impressed that I’d definitely recommend this tour if you visit Phuket—it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. While I liked that the boat was fast, it was quite rocky, so it might be tough for those prone to seasickness. Also, to be honest, it was hard to understand the tour if you joined one with only an English-speaking guide, and since there are so many other tour companies around, there’s a risk of getting lost—so I felt much more at ease with a Japanese-speaking guide.

We drove to the harbor and met up with our guide at the harbor waiting area. The guide translated the local explanations into Japanese as they were given, so we were able to fully enjoy the tour even without understanding the local language. We took a long-tail boat—it was a private charter—and the driver took lots of photos for us, leaving us with so many wonderful memories! Phi Phi Island is rich in natural beauty, and the scenery is so breathtaking. I highly recommend this tour package if you’re visiting Phuket! Starting from the tour booking stage, they were kind enough to answer our questions via chat about things like how much the boat might rock and the weather. Also, on the day of the tour, there was a problem where the shuttle bus didn’t arrive at the scheduled time (apparently, the passengers picked up before us were running late), but they kept us updated on the situation frequently via chat, so we didn’t have to worry. Maya Beach was absolutely amazing—it was so beautiful it felt like being in a movie, and the sandy beach was so soft that walking barefoot didn’t hurt at all; in fact, it felt incredibly pleasant. Lunch on Phi Phi Island was a buffet, and the pad thai and fried chicken were delicious. Kai Island also had a beautiful, expansive beach, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time there. For a small fee (about 50 baht?? I don’t remember exactly, but it wasn’t that expensive), you can use a beach umbrella and a lounge chair, so even those worried about sunburn can relax without worry. The boat we took to get there moved at incredible speed, but since it was the dry season and the waves weren’t too rough—plus I’d taken motion sickness medication beforehand—it didn’t bother me at all (I was asleep most of the time, lol). They served us drinks and fruit during the trip and were incredibly kind.

The Japanese guide was really great. Not only did she provide explanations, but she also paid close attention to the kids, and when I got seasick partway through the tour, she responded quickly. Thanks to her many thoughtful gestures, I was able to enjoy sightseeing on Phi Phi Island without any worries. I’d definitely love to see this guide again the next time I visit Phuket. There was a long wait before boarding the boat to Phi Phi Island, and the island itself was very crowded.

I was so moved by the crystal-clear ocean—I could even see the fish swimming! 🥺 We had a really fulfilling time taking photos at the photo spots and hearing stories about popular shops in Phuket. My husband seemed to really enjoy the snorkeling. Since I’m not a strong swimmer, I only went into the water for a little while before heading back to the boat, but I’m completely satisfied because I was able to take so many beautiful photos!

She served as our guide on the Phi Phi Island tour. Since we were traveling with our 10-month-old child, it was very reassuring to have a Japanese female guide with us. She pointed out things we wouldn’t have noticed on our own and helped us in places where it was a little difficult to move around while taking care of our child—she was a huge help. This tour was absolutely packed with great activities! We got to enjoy snorkeling and beach activities on Phi Phi Island and the surrounding islands! It was also great to go ashore on Monkey Island and see the monkeys up close. For lunch, the tour company has its own private restaurant on the island, so we were able to eat in a quiet, uncrowded spot—and there are even some great Instagram-worthy photo spots.
